In-Company
A modern multi-level English course for the business community recognized by the biggest foreign language schools. The course's key purpose is to develop communications skills and practices needed for successful relations in realistic situations in the business world.Each course level consists of 20 units covering 50-60 hours of instruction.
Course Highlights:
- Current topics: Globalization, using the Internet and Internet technologies, conducting negotiations, etc.;
- Modular instruction, which permits a flexible approach for using course materials;
- The combination of exercises and assignments are directed towards developing conversation and negotiating skills and effective communications in either business or informal situations, telephone skills, making presentations, conducting business correspondence, including e-mail;
- The majority of training exercises and tasks are aimed at personal development providing the opportunity to master both lexical and grammar materials;
- Both vocabulary and grammar reference sections are included;
- Supplementary exercises for each of the 20 units are included at the end of the textbook
- The Grammar and Lexis Links section provides an additional 20 hours of either independent work or in groups with a teacher.
In the course, a contextual approach in the development of lexicon is achieved, taking into consideration the importance of using vocabulary in context for the learning and retaining of words.
The grammar section is presented in a user-friendly format accompanied with a large numbe of exercises of different levels of difficulty.
The exercises and simulations of typical business situations allows the learner to use his professional experience to meaningfully and successfully master the training materials.
Various assignments during lessons, role playing and reading modern business texts contributes to supporting a high level of student motivation.
